RETURN FORM

You don't like an item and want to return it? No problem. Just send it back to us within 30 days in new condition and in its original packaging. The easiest way to do this is described here:

1. Pack it well
Preferably in the original box, remove all old shipping labels to avoid confusion.

2. Fill out the return form
Please print out the return form, fill it in and put it in the parcel. If a printing is not possible, you can also enclose an informal letter with your address and the reason for return.

3. Download return label
We charge a flat rate of 15 Euro for DHL returns. If your country is not mentioned in the list, please contact our service department at service@gunsails.de
Packages larger than 120 x 60 x 60 cm and with more than 15 kg weight cannot be sent with this label. In this case, please contact our service department at service@gunsails.de.
